Quality Station is a general purpose vision system with a vast array of high-end inspection tools. Event driven, with the the adaptability to incorporate from 1-8 cameras, makes Quality Station the preferred vision system for most any inspection application. An additional option will allow for up to 24 cameras. Whether integrated with existing material handling equipment, for in-process inspections, or used manually for statistical sampling, Quality Station will streamline the manufacturing process.

An integrated database provides detailed SPC reports that are easily accessed and printed over the network . Quality Station provides added value in manufacturing sequencing processes by recognizing different products with a unique input identifiers (bar code, digital I/O, serial, TCP-IP ).
Event specific inspection criteria is executed and window/image resultant outputs are set with 100% traceability available by product serial number.
